Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) is special procedure provided by sellers in order to present information and present financial information about the company to potential buyers. Vendor Due Diligence consists of a data room and Due Diligence report. In common practice VDD is a part of sellers “pitch pack” during M&A transactions. Our special Due Diligence team will prepare the data room with due care and confidentiality. Assets disposals as well as carve-out transactions require disclosure of confidential information. Moreover, business disposal transactions requires substantial time and involvement of consultants, lawyers, auditors and other professionals.
